To develop a higher level of medicine, east-west medical co-operation is necessary1.The government has to consider carefully which is the better way to follow the Japanese or the Chinese.2.Establishment of a direct Counsil under the government.3.Opening of a National Oriental Medicine Research Center and college in a national univercity.4.Granting to use medical instruments.5.Choosing of some hospitals to show an example.Ten years have passed since the oriental and the western Huehwa hospital were established.If there is a need to develop a better medical system, it is our hospitals responsibility to be an example and become a total health care hospital in the future.
